The logistics of adventure travel are where trips fall apart. I handle the permits, the transfers, the "what if the weather is bad" backup plans.
Food & Wine Focus
Oaxaca for mole and mezcal, Bordeaux for châteaux and blending sessions, Vietnam for street food tours that don't end in hospital visits. I know the cooking classes that are real and the ones that are tourist demos. I book the restaurants that don't have websites.
Honeymoons & Celebrations
The trip you'll talk about for 50 years. I plan the pacing so it's not exhausting, the mix of splurge and intimate so it feels like yours, not a template. The Maldives, Santorini, Safari + beach — or something no one else has thought of.
Off-the-Beaten-Path
Albania, Georgia, Sri Lanka, Bolivia. Places that don't have "Top 10" lists yet. The research takes longer, the rewards are bigger. If you're the person who says "I want to go somewhere no one I know has been" — that's my favorite brief.
Multi-Country Routes
Thailand to Cambodia to Vietnam. Portugal to Spain to Morocco. The routing is the puzzle — I solve it so you're not losing days to bad connections. The best trips connect places that make sense, not just places that are famous.
